FEF Launches Capacity Building Program for Staff and Volunteers


In a bid to deepen impact and strengthen internal capacity, the Frugal Empowerment Foundation (FEF) commenced a four-week capacity building training program for its staff and volunteers. The initiative is a strategic investment aimed at enhancing skills in volunteering, leadership, project management, and other critical areas essential to nonprofit success.

The training, which will run for four weekend will begin on Friday 1st of August 2025. This is part of FEF’s commitment to building a resilient, professional, and results-driven team that can effectively carry out its growing list of humanitarian projects across Nigeria and beyond. With modules tailored to equip participants with hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge, the program is already creating a buzz of enthusiasm within the foundation.
