Volunteers of the Frugal Empowerment Foundation (FEF) have expressed deep appreciation for the just-concluded Leadership and Capacity Building Training Programme, describing it as a life-changing experience that has further strengthened their commitment to service.
The four-week training, which ended on 23rd of August was designed to equip FEF staff and volunteers with essential skills in leadership, volunteering ethics, project management, teamwork, and community engagement. It also featured practical sessions on communication, problem-solving, and impact-driven service delivery.
After the certification ceremony, held virtually participants lauded the initiative, noting that it has broadened their understanding of volunteerism and prepared them for greater responsibilities in advancing FEF’s mission.

The certification has not only boosted morale but also reinforced the sense of purpose among volunteers, who are now better positioned to lead initiatives such as the SBE Women Empowerment Project 2025 and other upcoming community-focused programs.
